The thing that seems obvious and that I expected PE acquirers to solve for is just paying a likely exorbitant sum to have a service on call that does everything. Do my annual A/C service, clean my gutters, trim my trees, check/clear the dryer exhaust, check the roof and patch any missing/suspect shingles, plus any other dumb handyman odds and ends where I might have to make a special trip to Home Depot and it will cost me 2 hours of my weekend that I can get back if I just pay my monthly subscription fee. If you bundled in landscaping and pool service it seems like tons of UMC families would pay for this and 95+% of single moms. |
