propoane is identical to your ovens broiler. charcoal is real grilling. the unevenness and smoke is desirable. propanes advantages are all about convenient. and it is convenient: i wouldn't want to cook for a large party on a charcoal grill. and grilling outside is fun compared to getting your burgers from your ovens broilers. |
