You can fit them in all kinds of tight spaces, whereas conventional ozone generators are big and there's no way to direct the ozone into ducts or tight spaces with mold. Whatever you're trying to kill - mold, bedbugs etc - does not have to be exposed to the light, the light just generates fuckloads of ozone when you turn it on. You can do whole rooms with it. I've found nothing that can withstand 4 hours of exposure to the ozone this puts out. Cost <$20 on Amazon.

You wouldn't have this problem in your climate, but in places that have four seasons, you'll hear people bitch and moan about having "sinus infections" and shit all winter. Then you find out their HVAC intake sits right outside the BATHROOM in their home, so it's pulling in humid air all winter no matter what's happening outdoors. You may as well grow shrooms in their vents after they take a shower

It's winter so I gotta turn on the heat. At the same time it's rainy and humid outside, so you better believe I'm killing every spore in every duct.

You do you though.

Protip don't pump up a room full of ozone for four hours without doing an audit of any plastics or electronics that could be affected. Foam mattresses can get wrecked for example. Best to just have wood and fabric in the room
