WRONG. This anthropologist wrote an entire book where he did nothing but attend central bank meetings and profile all the bank members. They did sit down interviews with him and were very candid, and he offers his own separate analysis at every step. He even describes their clothes, their watches, all of it. Author is a university prof trained at University of Chicago and UC Berkeley.
