And that was not for an actual ticket; just a right to buy a ticket later. I didn't win myself, so I didn't read the fine print. Maybe that's a right to buy up to 40 tickets, and she could have resold them for a profit. But she would have had to sell them at a pretty big markup to offset the $2,800 she spent for the "right to buy." At any rate, she declined.
