IMO it's a solid hedge / wealth preservation vehicle / bartering chip that could come in handy in certain extreme situations.
FYI once you have enough personal wealth stored up, you don't really mind spending a small fraction of it preparing for unlikely contingencies in order to give yourself greater peace of mind about the uncertainties of the future.
I'll explain this to you in greater detail someday in the future when you're a little bit richer yourself, champ! ;) |
