This doc has two nurse practitioners and one Shaniqua who runs the desk. She responds to emails within an hour during business hours and is reachable the few times we've had issues after hours.
She started a concierge medicine program for $2,500 per year. You get her personal cell phone number and extra time at appointments, etc. Because she's so great and normally available, it seems like a trap for neurotic Jews and Asians. So we haven't done it, but I almost want to just to make sure she stays afloat. But her husband is a specialist who has a practice in the same building, which I think is what makes this sustainable. |
