My post vanishing like tears in the rain

Society pressures women to spend a certain portion of their most fertile stretch in high school, college, and graduate schools. Corporations offer women money to get them to work during the remaining period of their fertility. These activities directly compete with childbearing.

If you want to change this, you have to create a political structure that has the power to stop (white) women from going to college or getting paid work. That probably isn't a representative democracy.

you don't have to do anything drastic. people working 80 hours a week either already have kids and are getting raped by the market into slavery or kids are the furthest thing from their mind
