?? Do other states not have elections every year? Texas has them twice a year. This year, we voted on May 3 and Nov 4.

Next year, May 2 and Nov 4.
None of these are primaries/caucuses. They're general elections. I didn't realize other states voted so rarely since whenever I've lived out of state, I remained a Texas citizen and voted in Texas elections by absentee ballot.

Kentucky ranks 48th in education, so that might explain it, but all the more reason to ask why we let these people vote
