Could you average 2 pts a game in the NBA playing 3 quarters?

Cooper Flagg is average 16 ppg and he is only 18, I have two decades of experience on him.

With that feature, you should get about 18 field goal attempts per game. SGA led the league in FGA last year, with 21.8. 18 FGA per game would put you in 15th place, tied with Steph Curry.
You'd also average about 5 free throw attempts per game.
I would definitely, 100%, average more than 2 ppg if I can get a guaranteed 18 shots per game--not even counting foul shots. |

I actually think if you're allowed to stack the rest of the team with superstars, you could, but man by mid-season the rest of the league would have devised some awesome strategies to exploit the dorky 6'2" slow white dude who sucks at literally everything.
EDIT: To be clear, this hypo requires removal of the "xo poaster gets the ball the same amount as an average shooting guard / has to put up 15 FGAs/game" stipulation, which would be absolutely terminal for a literal hand-picked Dream Team at the other 4 spots. |
