Date: November 1st, 2025 5:58 PM Author: big haunted graveyard I did a 2:1:.5 rub of course ground black pepper, salt, garlic powder. Smoking on the Weber kettle with charcoal and some dried oak from my yard. Using a water pan too to keep it moist. At about 150–maybe 4 hours from now—I will do the foil boat and let the rest form a nice bark. Probably a 10 hour cook. 225-255 is what I’m shooting for. |
