Not everyone gets sick, but that doesn't mean it's fake. To the extent anyone says the evidence is weak they are probably talking about the fact that it doesn't cause specific systemic mycotoxicosis but to the people have issues its often a mixed aerosol causing various issues under specific exposure conditions.
also what about people who just get fungal pneumonia and shit because they have AIDS? normal spores in the air regardless of if you have visible growth on walls causes that and its definitely not psychosomatic. |

It could still be one variable in a multi-causal phenomenon.
Also people get fungal illnesses from mold that don't rely on airborne mycotoxin and spore claims. People with AIDS and other immune system issues get aspergillosis and a bunch of other weird fungal infections all the time and those arent psychosomatic. |
