Should I lease or buy a Porsche Cayenne?

Is it worth it to buy it straight-out or lease it considering I'm not going to keep the sucker for 5-10 years and there will be new features and shit coming out in 3 years anyhow. |

Now have an unused porsche cayenne soaking up insurance premiums, sitting undriven in the driveway, like I'm a mexican. |

The leather is waterproof and easier to clean and that's really all I can ask for.
We've had near-constant problems with the computer interface, but after ~75K miles or so that's been true of my yukon as well. |
