The whole thing is insane. Posner retired and started some nonprofit to *increase* the number of pro se suits filed in federal court. All the other judges must've hated him. He hires this guy to work for him, and he ends up defending himself against a years-long pro se nightmare. you get what you wish for
I suspect Posner's mind had begun to slip by the time he retired though. Sad. Thank God he never made scotus though holy fuck |
