This is starting to end. They are beginning to outsource like Amazon. Not sure why they dragged that on for a number of years past other companies but looks like it is going away.

is that still true? it was commonly known that it was a good job like 20 years ago but i doubt their wages have kept up with the cost of housing etc

i actually tried doing that myself right out of high school but working in the warehouse(where everyone started and usually stayed for years before getting to drive) was just too shitty of a job. nick fuentes also recently mentioned working in a UPS warehouse in the past and hating it

they are well paid but it's very hard and takes a lot of time to crack into the luxe union level of employee. anyone who started from scratch today would probably be replaced by a self driving truck before they get there

becoming any kind of driver right now would be a stupid move. we are likely 10-15 years out at the most from driverless cars being all over the roads.

I didn't even make it to the warehouse, they wanted us to work like 5 hours a day 5 days a week, starting at 4 or 5 AM. It was enough to fuck your whole week but not even full time hours or benefits

yeah it was even earlier for me.

we did get benefits though. that was the entire reason a lot of the people there bothered working such a shitty job

i'm usually against regulation, especially ones that make developing a business difficult, but it's absolutely gc jewish bullshit that companies the size of ups can still fuck with people by keeping them at an hourly level that denies them benefits. that's a legitimate example of them taking advantage of the government with ebt and other welfare programs to avoid paying for it themselves.
