It already has recruiting offices in over 30 countries because Americans can't cut it. It's nothing to do with Intel itself either. To use any of Intel's products, you need a motherboard crammed with 100 billion other semiconductors, almost all made in China.
Also, Asians still love Intel CPUs and don't want the supply to dry up. Chinese don't want to buy x86 CPUs from Taiwan either. |
