For example, I probably wouldn't have understood anything by Tolkien if I read it as a teenager (there's a good chance I would have accidentally taken the hippie interpretations seriously, LJL), so I'm glad that life delayed my introduction to his books until my 20s. |

I love only that which they defend: the city of the Men of Númenor; and I would have her loved for her memory, her ancientry, her beauty, and her present wisdom. or Lewis's:
