if AMD can't keep GPUs in stock it's not a bubble. If AMD is unsure whether it can hit sales targets or misses sales targets on GPUs it's a bubble

That's hard to do. I'm just thinking about raw demand for silicon. If the bulls are right, no GPU dies will go unsold, because total worldwide demand will exceed the combined output of all the chip manufacturers. Even if AMD products are inferior they should sell out, because Nvidia will be sold out too.
If that DOESN'T happen there is a massive imbalance between prediction and reality. It will mean the bulls were way off.
