Buy a functioning cash flowing biz. You will have to put up 3-5x EBITDA and can get an SBA loan requiring 10% down.
Find a good biz thruogh a business broker in your area, there will be several who have emaisl you can sign up for that show deals, and with like $700k EBITDA, and you can put down $210k to $350k and you will be immediately cash flowing and a biz owner on day 1. |
