The Dr who spoke to me said he has similar pattern of hair loss and showed his before and after photos. Like there is no bald spot on the vertex just thinning and he put some donors on the vertex anyway, meaning not cheap on the donors. I think I just might do that. Dr replied that his hair is c-shaped underneath the skin surface and if he continued he would butcher the donor site and cause more harm than good.
