2. it's safe, you can walk anywhere anytime with no worries
3. the govt goes out of its way to make sure education and healthcare are cheap/free
4. the political system is very stable and highly competent ppl with a long term vision are in office
5. the society is very unified, there's little threat of social unrest or civil war
