What is the alternative to SBMM? Seems like Losers just complain when they suck at something and this is an easy target afaict.

It does basically stratify you and cause you to have no idea how good you are at the game. At least Smash Bros has a point system to tell you roughly how good you are. But the Losers complain about the point system, saying it means "nothing," when ime it's basically perfect except for the fact that a large number of people can pick up the game and suck at it at first, dropping their scores exponentially, and when they all get better, they're still fighting each other so they're basically in a crab bucket unable to advance. But that's kind of like irl imo.

not every game should be a sweatfest. If i want to camo grind, I don't want to play against FaZe Dickhead sliding everywhere lol. I think ranked should be SBMM and casual should be random.

i can assure you i’m very mid lmao. 0.9 KD and i can’t slide around for shut in this game. i’ll have 2 solid games then 4-5 games of hell lol

What region are you in? I have had games where I had 2.5, 3+ kda and still had the same time of lobbies afterwards. This is in Western Europe. Never had this issue.

Yeah and extracting with a gun lets you unlock it. I’m more of just saying it’s a blast for those who want a chill non SBMM driven time. I’ve loved it more than multiplayer so far.
