It's clear to most by now that ballot harvesting is going to win him reelection. He'll have no reason not to double down on millions of illegals pouring in and driving up housing and everything that goes with hordes of new people entering a county. Ukraine and israel will be sent all our money, much of which will find its way back to the next dem candidate. And money printers will go brrrrrrrr like never before. The country is fucked for many years to come.

Of course not. But it is in fact how it worked last time, and how it will work again this time, and the people "on our side" are completely complicit in allowing this to continue.

Biden has gotten trump's inflation and covid debacle under control. He's done more to help the economy than any president since FDR.

Conservatives were essentially correct, Biden drove a sharp incraese in inflation which required a steep spike in interest rates which has severely hurt the pocketbooks of most Americans.

This comes through in polling, most people realize Biden has been a disaster, which is why Trump is dadding him around in all the polls.

Was just talking to a coworker who is buying a house. He's a lib and was subtly saying that the housing market might magically get better "depending on who wins," implying a trump win would be good for him. I thought to myself "well maybe if you guys weren't planning on a million homeless people in every city having Biden ballots filled out for them" but I just nodded along.

If the Dems learn anything from this year, win or lose, it’s that inflation is a massive risk and a much more important electoral consideration than jobs numbers for them because the URM poors don’t give a shit about jobs numbers or the stock market, but they sure as shit care that gas is $5/gallon and they can’t afford McDonalds anymore. By far the most important economic policy question for the next four years is “extend Trump tax cuts or nah?” and Biden will of course let them lapse and then add more taxes on hedge funds and cap gains in order to pay for a larger SALT deduction and mortgage interest deduction (which is the much more simple, obvious and politically advantageous route to make sure housing prices stay unaffordable for youngs and wealth maximizing for boomers).
