i'd think NBA is most objective. the best player prob stands out easily based on objective measurements. i dont know much about hockey, it i assume it's next bc.
MLB probably next because there's so many different metrics that go into hitting, plus sometimes pitchers are even in the mix.
NFL too has got to be the worst, since you're comparing several different positions.

MLB is the most objective.
NBA is very often dictated by media trends and politics.
NFL is probably in the middle. Usually the right person probably wins it, but you can only win if you fit certain criteria (QB with great year, rb with historic season, pass rusher with historic season, etc ).

nba is subjective in this sense but it is also obvious when one player is the critical force behind its success
mlb is objective in the sense that individual contributions are easily distilled out from the rest of the team but never does a player obviously matter as much to his team's success above and beyond everyone else, so the debates are less conclusive
in the spirit of the question mlb is less objective but 'less obvious' is probably the better wording. mlb could be entirely objective in theory if it just went by war.
