You seemed to have missed my point that poor kids living in mostly poor neighborhoods have it way worse than poor kids in middle class neighborhoods.
Oddly, you have claimed before that Canadian blacks aren't as bad US blacks because they're not in high enough concentrations to cause damage. So you understand that these things can be non-linear -- except for, of course, when it goes against your point that black people are violent apes. |
