OK to bypass recruitment agency?

If you don't want to do that, you can contact the recruiting agency and officially withdraw from your association with them. But to be honest I think that's shady and I'm not entirely certain it would work. If it had been three months, that is what I would have told you to do but when it's three weeks... meh. |
