These all have their uses.
PS2 has BC but the whole system is finicky maybe best to keep PS1 for PS1 Titles. Sure PS3 plays them but it’s Emulated and not authentic imho
Your PS3 probably isn’t BC with PS2.
Imho hardware will never be reproduced. Games are overvalued and can be copied onto a flashcart. Hardware has value irl but little value when you try to sell it. Vice-versa for Games.

Only if you still have peripherals for games that don't exist anymore
Xbox 360 - still have the race wheels and pedals
Xbox One - still have rock band and GH4 instruments
