Arrests without convictions? Arrests that were basically just drunk tank pickups? Also, my credit rating is abyssmal due to nonpayment of a disputed bill which went to collections before being resolved. Will that hurt me? Is there like a credit rating cutoff line? If you were arrested and failed to answer yes on an employment application, then that is obviously bad. I am not sure if the arrest itself is, esp if its some fraternity prank.
I have a bottom 5% credit rating, so I can't really offer any helpful advice |
