Last one, eating right, is credited though. Couple with with moderate exercise, moderated fap, moderated drugs and alcohol, and you're golden. Basically you're body's command hub should be imagined as a bunch of little dudes in a captain's station yelling MODS all the time.

It's a vicious cycle, but you just need MENTAL FORTITUDE to take that first step. Eventually you will break down the bad habits and reinforce good ones:
Replace masturbation with sex.
Replace whining with lifting.
Replace garbage with food.
