For years my mother warned me that I was going to be diabetic for skipping breakfast. I just don’t get that hungry.
Then when I started going to court every morning and afternoon I wouldn’t eat until dinner.
Last blood result was pre diabetic. I started eating breakfast and was doing good for a while and I didn’t eat until 3 pm today. I’m getting super busy again and I forget to eat. I need to get my blood taken again and hope it’s not worse.
Watch The Biggest Loser and those people eat three meals a day. There’s mandatory calories and they still lose like hundreds of pounds. You have to eat. |

It’s possible to get 200g of protein on 1000 calories, but that’s eating almost nothing but tuna and chicken breast type things (which is unto itself not a terrible idea if you believe it’s ok to have that little fat and carbs). |
