You mentioned having irons issues too. I would take a steel ruler to confirm that your faces aren't impacted on any. This is a known issue with older titleist irons for high speed swingers |

I played with a dude last fall with g-series cavity backs and the same thing happened. something is off with the epoxy they use when assembling the clubs.
I carry my driver like 260-270. nothing crazy. |
