If I drop out after 1L would I be able to reapply later?

I'm worried that if I stick it out then the debt will push me into suicide. I'm afraid I don't have a hope in the world at OCI, even if I rock this semester. I wish I had gotten some of my issues sorted out before law school, and even begged the admin for a deferral before school started, but like the idiot I am I decided to go forward when they didn't grant me one.
By the end of the semester I was starting to like studying law, but my study skills were piss poor and I spent way too much time hating and feeling sorry for myself. In a way, I'm not entirely uspet over the bad grades because they've forced me to take a hard look at my life. I can't afford to throw it away like this, and if that means getting professional help then that's something I want to try out.
My fear is that I could turn my grades around over the next 2.5 years and get some therapy only to wind up deeply in debt and stuck in shitlaw. I want the chance to start law school excited and focused and not depressed and miserable. I am definitely not the smartest person here, but I came in feeling like shit and I think I could've done a lot better without shooting myself in the foot like I did.

so what makes you think you'll do better once you reapply
as far as i see it you suck at law school and will always suck at law school
time to cut your losses and move on
edit: law students/lawyers are one of the most heavily depressed demographics so don't think having 'daily thoughts of suicide' is some special circumstance
