What's your revenue and profit each of the last 4 years?

How much longer until you cumulatively surpass what you would have made had you stuck with doing whatever you were doing before?

Revenue first year was only $70k-ish. Year 2 was around $130k, year 3-5 have all been AT LEAST $300k a year.

I'm running at about 30-35% profit every year.

My cases come from

- Attorney referalls;

- Previous clients;

- Medical providers;

- Family members

I'd really MAEK IT if I could figure out how to get GOOD cases from online marketing.

I practice in a large market. There is not enough GOOD PI lawyers to go around for every car wreck that occurs.

Then when you factor in how many PI Bros don't touch slip & trips b/c of how much work it takes, I've got more than eough to fill my plate without feeling like I have to "compete" against other Bros.

In a S&P, your client falls, gets hurt, and MAAAAAAYBE the property owner/store does an incident report.

Most times, they try to completely ignore the incident unless the client pushes for some kind of documentation. Even if there is an incident report, they won't release it until AFTER you've filed suit.

Most of my cases require some kind of pre-suit investigation into what caused my client to fall and some photos of the scene.

Next, Defense is almost always going to file a Motion for Summary Judgment by arguing:

- The Plaintiff should watched where the fuck s/he was walking;

- The Plaintiff had superior knowledge of the hazard;

- The hazard was present for such a short period of time, that there was no way Defendant could have properly fixed it;

or in regards to grocery stores:

- Defendant's employee had inspected that area 20 minutes before the fall and didn't see anything; therefore, Defendant followed its safety/cleaning policy and thus lacks any liability for whatever caused Plaintiff to fall.

Most Defendants won't discuss any money until you make it past MSJ and that will probably require you to retain an Expert just to survive.

i was renting a virtual office for like $12.99 a month

google voice for phone is free

had some fax subscription that maybe was $2 a month or so

maybe blew $20 a month on postage though technically i cld recoup that at settlement

only big cost was google adwords, in year i made 300k i think i blew 10k on google

i had no subscription to westlaw/lexis, just download treatises for free at law library and put them on USB. didnt pay some IT pajeet for website, did it myself and hosting was like $90 a year.

i recall reddit retards paying tons for westland and IT it was lolzy then of course rent for a proper office when they had no revenue
