I thought a bit about the 20 second detail, though.
Say you have a kind of split screen, where youre seeing the future roll out, and youre also seeing the present, with 20s difference.
(and presuming no butterfly effect shit, nor that youre locked into your 20s future activity)
so you see the roulette ball drop into black 17, for example. You now have 20s to respond in the real-time world. That would be enough to shout out "black 17" and place your bet? I bet the ball is loose for at least 5 seconds, so youre down to 15 before the dealer tosses it, no
ive never been inside a casino

lol imagine being the guy who yells the right roulette answer a split second before "no more bets".
I think even TWO of these would get you escorted out. Suppose you'd have to fail a few small bets, and then win one BIG one before taking your winnings and dipping.
I dont think you could win twice and expect a peaceful night

Poker
No need to hide the ability, like you would with blackjack, roulette or any other game where you’re playing against the house.
Knowing every card on flops, turn, river alone ahead of time is an insane advantage, even if you didn’t know others cards (which you would close to end of hands).

gets into circular time travel trouble, i guess. flaw in the hypo
trying to think this through.
You are contestant A. Contestant B picks a Jeopardy box which reads "This US President farted uncontrollably" or something.
You see that 20 seconds before the hint is seen by the other two contestants. Youre not hearing what someone/you answers and whether they are correct in just 20 seconds, are you? Maybe....
So youre getting valuable info early, but not necessarily the answer. Just longer to think about it, and MAYBE a correct/incorrect answer. Certainly enough to always win over the long haul I guess

Trial lawyer.
You always know what a witness will say.
You always know whether a judge will sustain an objection.
You always know how the jury will react to something.
