doing this for stomach healing, I cycle on and off, drank hot chocolate this morning tho & my appetite skyrocketed been eating a fuck ton like 5k calories/day randomly wo realizing
will probablyy get back on coffee but just want to see how I feel in about a month if I can "see the other side" if this shit ever gets out of my system properly and my brain decides it wants to take part in my life |

at my work they always have a giant tub of shitty coffee, and a fridge full of low fat milk, they get the shit delivered daily. crazy thing is, they had to put a little sheet of paper on the fridge, a sign saying you arent allowed to "just drink the milk" and its only for adding to caffeinated bevs, they legit have half a fridge full of half gallons and dont want ppl just drinking milk |
