It's kind of like the ancient days when a random patrician scholar or noble elite or Chinese mandarin by virtue of being literate and schooled in philosophy was allowed to take command of troops with no real military experience. That's gone now for the most part but the closest you can get is being a law scholar and working in DOJ or FBI and being in command of actual FBI agent Chads. Sounds 180
