No one ever talks about this, mostly because it’s “racist.” But there are white people who fall into this category too
We actually have plenty of single family housing inventory in this country. The problem is the civil rights act makes a large portion of it uninhabitable to the cohort of whites who would otherwise live in them. There ends up being a lot of “wasted” housing because the market can’t self correct like any other free market can |
