The iPhone is like an extension of people's selves, and its a quasi-status symbol - but they can't even think of one feature every 3 years to distinguish their product.
They could make an extra $1 billion if they innovated evne a slightly noticeable feature like a key ring or something so that people knew anyone without the key ring had a 2+ year old iphone. |
