The race lasts about two minutes, and from the moment he approaches until he passes, the screen remains fully within his eyesight. Even if he keeps walking, he will inevitably see the race from start to finish.
Question: Is his conduct permissible?

the world series is often in october at the same time of rosh hashana / yom kippur. plenty of mfh jews have stories of getting glimpses of the WS during those holidays from walking along storefronts like bars w tvs |
