I'm tired of my company failing to achieve commercial targets. Thinking of trying the fractional legal or assignment-based type model to work remotely.

Anyone done this type of gig? What's pay like and does it fucking suck aside from not having paid benefits like vacations and shit?

Benefits and vacations are how companies keep you stuck. Significant psychological freedom from not having these if you can manage financially imo
