They did a bunch of blood work when I was in rehab last and the only thing outside the band was my Creatinine level, which was like .45. I'm guessing that has something to do with the behavior that got me into rehab in the first place:
"In people with malnutrition, severe weight loss, and long standing illnesses the muscle mass tends to diminish over time and, therefore, their creatinine level may be lower than expected for their age."
But I think it should go up if I remember to eat, don't drink and lift.
But I don't remember getting an HDL or LDL level. I know I fasted for cholesterol at one point last year and it was fine, but I don't remember the numbers.

cool
I have no idea what my creatinine level is. I do have very low density urine - like 1.01, but the doc says it's fine and that I just drink a lot of water, which is true.
My HDL is 134, and anything below 140 in women is considered low. HDL protects against high LDL, so if my LDL ever goes up, I'm fucked.
Apparently it's very common among Indians, and south Indians in particular. Sorta funny, since that's the same population that has a history of a vegetarian diet.
I keep planning to transition toward vegetarianism (I grew up in a vegetarian family) but it's hard :(
I don't have an indian wife to prepare delicious healthy protein rich vegetarian food for me :(
fyi, given the same exact diet, me are at a higher risk for heart disease than women
EDIT: 34, and anything below 40 is low, lol

Its probably normal. Drinking all your calories for months on end while living in hotel rooms probably adversely affects muscle density or something. Fuck if I know. I was told it was nothing to worry about.
Lipitor comes off patent this year, so you're good.
I don't really know why I would eat a vegetarian diet. I mostly eat lean chicken and fish. If I occasionally eat a steak or a burger, I don't think its going to kill me if I am otherwise a healthy beast.
What is your "motivation" to going back to vegetarianism? Health, culture or otherwise?

He's got high HDL, reasonably low LDL (not as low as mine) and average triglycerides.
Also, he has like the perfect ass.
