Meanwhile there are about 10 billion GC backed 'directories' with GC art that advertise on podcasts
Which means slogging through pages of 'Licen$ed Clinicial $ocial Worker$' who, based on their bios, seem to mostly be interested in telling fat women that they're being gaslit, in between tuna wink$ PE backed therapy platforms

But my ADHD really does create strain in my life and I really do find yattering on about it for an hour every week or two with a psy$chiatrist and coming up with a game plan helps |

an aedp therapist might consider adhd, at least in part, as a coping mechanism for difficult emotions. it's always the unacknowledged emotions that cause the biggest problems. |
