Citeus Legalus ( http://citeuslegalus.com/ ) is a 100% free automated bluebook citation generator for lazy law students that I made over winter break because I have no life.
What it Does: - Automatically formats periodicals, nonperiodicals, statutes and administrative regulations, legislative materials, administrative materials, and constitutions.
- Imports data and auto-fills from Google, EndNote (.ris) files, and PubMed XML files.
- Automatically abbreviates titles and phrases where necessary, using all applicable tables.
- Assists you with more complex citation formats, including stringing together page cites with unlimited subsections.
- Allows you to save and export citations to a .doc file for easy copying and pasting.
I'm not making any cash on this (ad funds are to cover server costs, etc), so this is totally just my attempt to make law school/practice a bit easier for everyone.
OBLIGATORY WARNING: This is a beta at this stage since it's just been completed, so be warned, some things (especially smaller state-level citations) may have errors. If you see 'em, I'll fix 'em, so e-mail me.
