No amount of civic destruction will have that effect.
It's not that different from Japan during WWII. It didn't matter how much napalm we dropped on Tokyo. Same thing in Vietnam. It never mattered how much napalm we dropped anywhere, ever. It's never been an effective strategy except once. |

Russia has fired over 9000 missiles in Ukraine and 25000 Geran drones of various types. Production volumes are insane. The Russians now make 300 Iskanders per month. The Geran numbers are 150 fired per day with production set to hit 500 per day before the year ends. Russian missile production dwarfs all of NATO combined. The Iskanders used today are also different from before. The new builds carry 700kg warheads and give up range for more punch. ATACMs uses a pathetic 227kg warheads. The early Iskanders were 350kg.
