POTUS earnings clearly should be heavily capped/regulated and they should have higher salaries and lifetime sinecures in place for their families, like what the royal family does. they shouldn't be in a spot where they can be bought. There should also be an understanding that presidents who are already wealthy would go on with life, but the problem is we keep electing proles like Clinton and Obama or low level govt leeches like Biden who will chase any dollar they can get. |
