i went from 195 strong-fat at the same height down to about 165, then slowly built back another 10-15 lbs. of muscle while staying as lean as possible. now i look way better in my late 30s than when i was in my late 20s. being lean with good visible musculature is exceedingly rare at this age, really sets you apart. most people over 40 are fucking themselves up on wegovy just to get the spare tire off -- keeping your body weight and body fat % low is the fountain of youth and maintains your looks. |
