I was considering possibly doing a bit of training in the US as the system here is extremely convoluted and difficult to get into but there's about a 95% chance I stay here--quality of life and lifestyle here is just too good to pass up but it's getting extremely difficult to secure physician training pathway spots (which is basically anything in internal medicine and related)

Yeah man it's pretty nice here but lots of issues now with conservation and preservation of wildlife as the country is rapidly developing to keep up its economy and now even places like the Sunshine Coast are developed in most parts.

The other issue is the genius Boomers here like in the US increased the number of med schools and students but of course without increasing internship and residency slots so everyone is becumming more cutthroat and competitive with one another and spots are harder to cum by now.
