Biden WH basically laundered parents as “domestic terrorist” policy through school board association

—-

On October 11 and 12, Parents Defending Education sent public records requests to the local districts of the National School Board Association’s officers, directors, and ex officio voting directors, requesting emails, text messages, and instant messages between September 1 and October 11, 2021 containing terms relevant to the NSBA’s September 29 letter that it sent to President Biden.

Tonight, PDE received emails between the board that demonstrate that the board was not consulted before such a letter was sent:

In addition, an email sent by Chip Slaven, NSBA’s interim executive director, indicates that the White House staff had been in communication with NSBA staff over “several weeks,” and had requested specific information be included in the final letter that was sent.

the school board group has now apologized for the letter and admitted they shouldn't have used the terrorism term. their stupidity arose out of discussions with Biden's WH.

Garland admitted that his memo was prompted by the now-repudiated letter and not by some independent reports of actual terrorism.

so at this point, Garland, who has not retracted his memo, is sitting there with his dick in one hand and holding Biden's dick with the other hand.

will Garland retract? he seems to be in a no-win situation. he can't blame Biden but he can't stand by the memo either.

Lol all of these people were in full support of this at every step of the way. They're all insane, hateful, delusional shitlibs from the top down

This is just an attempt at damage control now that there is so much negative public backlash to that batshit insane letter and response from "Merrick Garland" and "The White House"

DOJ just published its report about this scandal. was Garland really that stupid or was he just being played in a scenario where he lacked political savvy?

The U.S. Department of Justice Report by the Weaponization Working Group Pursuant to Executive Order 14147

The 2026 Report to Expose the Weaponization of Government Against Parents in Schools

The Garland Memorandum has been rescinded and the policies implementing it terminated. This

report traces the origins of the Garland Memorandum, focusing on the role of the Department of

Justice in creating and issuing the document. It shows that when requested by the Biden

Administration to act on the NSBA Letter and to treat parents objecting to school policies and

curriculum as federal criminals and potential terrorists:

1) Officials in the Department of Justice, including both career officials and Biden

Administration political appointees, initially pushed back on doing so, including by

questioning the constitutionality of the request.

2) Notwithstanding the internal pushback, the Department moved ahead with issuing the

Garland Memorandum based on pressure from Biden Administration officials in the

White House and leadership at the Office of the Deputy Attorney General (“ODAG”) at the

Department of Justice.

The initial skepticism of Department of Justice personnel proved well founded. The Garland

Memorandum, though nominally focused on threats of violence, attempted to interfere with

parental rights and speech. It was the product of political pressure from outside groups and White

House officials in the Biden Administration who pushed Department of Justice leadership to

inappropriately weaponize the Department of Justice and to chill the constitutional rights of

parents.
