It's basically these retards vs the world. They have all made a career about attacking Trump. Their testimony is all "Trump bad. He did bad things. These are the bad things Trump did." If the jury buys this then yeah he's probably convicted. If the defense can discredit them and the jury doesn't buy their story then acquit. I think the jury they impaneled was less politically biased than the jury for the civil case against him. They went out of their way to find people of different points of view.
I think if you're a juror and you 100% believe everything the witnesses say about Trump as absolute fact then yeah they're going to convict him. It's a cohesive narrative. They're all on the same page. But if there's any doubt in the jury's mind that these people aren't telling the truth or are otherwise unreliable witnesses the case is sunk for the prosecution. I can't say what the jury will return. I think it will be conviction or hung. There are going to be people on the jury who are balls deep in MSNBC land foaming at the mouth. But probably some normal people too and 1-2 MAGA folks. It's impossible to predict because we're not getting video of the trial. If that shit was on TV we could tell easily where it was going by the reliability of the witness testimony. |

Remember that the defense will go next and will bring up stuff like Trump thinking it was okay to pay his attorneys for these legal fees and mark it in his private books "legal fees", Trump doing this at the advice of counsel (who was the dumbass witness), Trump could have recorded records accurately if counsel was not a dumbass, Trump made the payments because he always did not for any criminal purpose and its legal to pay hush money, etc.
But really it all boils down to that "who do you get your news from" question. IF there really is a NY Post /Trth Social / Fox News person on the jury, Trump gets acquitted. If not, he maybe goes to jail for 50 years.
