And he had enough of the know-how that he was able to assemble and duplicate the process in Pakistan before anyone knew it was happening. Getting the raw uranium isn't the hard part - enriching it to be weapons grade, is. Other countries have repurposed plutonium from civilian nuclear uses to weapons, but that doesn't work if the world is watching and won't let you do the peaceful civilian nuclear program (http://www.autoadmit.com/thread.php?thread_id=5740136&forum_id=2#49030185) |
